Perspective Papers
Part of the Know Your True Self (KYTS) Research Academy Perspective Papers Series
Perspective Papers
The Perspective Papers series brings together practice-based conceptual papers exploring emotional intelligence, sensitivity, self-awareness, and human-centred leadership across educational and organisational environments.
These papers reflect ongoing observations emerging from reflective practice with students, professionals, and leadership groups, and aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence as a foundational human capacity rather than only a professional competency.
The series also supports the development of the SHEL framework (Sensitive, Heart-centred, Ethical Leadership) and related work emerging through the Know Your True Self (KYTS) Research Academy.
The following papers form part of the ongoing KYTS Perspective Papers publication series.
