KYTS Centre for Emotional Health & Wellbeing
(A Know Your True Self (KYTS) initiative)
A reflective space for emotional well-being, sensitivity, and inner growth.
This centre brings together over two decades of work in emotional understanding, sensitivity, and inner growth, creating a steady space for thoughtful individuals seeking clarity, balance, and grounded personal development.
An initiative of the Know Your True Self (KYTS) Research & Training Academy, conceptualised and developed by its Founder, Mahesh Sharma.
Why this centre exists
Over the years, one pattern became clear. Many thoughtful individuals were not lacking intelligence, ambition, or capability. They were navigating emotional weight — sustained pressure, ethical tension, inner conflict, and decisions with far-reaching consequences.
While coaching conversations addressed these realities one-to-one, there was a need for a more intentional space dedicated specifically to emotional well-being and inner steadiness — a place where emotional understanding itself becomes central rather than secondary.
The KYTS Centre for Emotional Health & Wellbeing was created to hold that space. Its purpose is to bring focused attention to emotional clarity, resilience, and inner growth as foundational capacities for living and leading with awareness.
A space for emotional clarity and inner steadiness
Emotional wellbeing is not only about managing stress or solving problems. It is about understanding the inner patterns that shape how we feel, respond, relate, and make decisions over time.
The KYTS Centre for Emotional Health & Wellbeing brings together long-standing work in sensitivity, emotional awareness, temperament understanding, and reflective dialogue. It offers a calm, grounded space where individuals can examine inner complexity with honesty and clarity, without pressure or judgment.
The focus is not on quick fixes or motivational advice. It is on deeper emotional understanding, steady growth, and developing the capacity to navigate life with awareness and balance.
This work draws from over two decades of engagement with individuals and professionals across diverse life situations — integrating coaching, reflective inquiry, emotional processing, and ongoing exploration of human behaviour and inner development.
How individuals engage with the centre
Engagement with the centre unfolds through thoughtful, structured conversations and reflective processes designed to support emotional clarity and inner steadiness.
Some individuals come during periods of transition, decision-making, or emotional overload. Others seek a deeper understanding of their sensitivity, temperament, or recurring emotional patterns. The intention is not to advise or direct, but to create a space where insight and clarity can emerge through careful exploration.
Work may take the form of one-to-one reflective dialogues, structured coaching engagements, or guided processes focused on emotional balance, resilience, and inner alignment. Each engagement remains private, paced, and responsive to the individual’s context and readiness.
Over time, this space has become a steady anchor for professionals, leaders, and individuals who wish to navigate life with greater awareness, emotional balance, and thoughtful decision-making.
Engagements are currently offered in online and hybrid formats across locations.
About the Chief Mentor
The centre is guided by Mahesh Sharma, whose work over the past two decades has focused on emotional well-being, sensitivity, and inner growth across diverse personal and professional contexts.
Through long-form coaching conversations, workshops, research, and writing, his approach has evolved around one central intention — helping individuals understand their emotional patterns, navigate complexity with clarity, and grow without losing their inner balance.
He is the author of Mastering Sensitivity and founder of the Know Your True Self (KYTS) Research & Training Academy, where ongoing work explores temperament, emotional intelligence, and reflective leadership.
At the KYTS Centre for Emotional Health & Wellbeing, his role remains that of a steady thinking partner and guide, offering a calm, non-judgmental space for individuals seeking deeper emotional understanding and grounded personal growth.
A quiet space for deeper emotional understanding

Whether navigating demanding roles, personal transitions, or deeper questions of meaning and direction, the intention of this space remains simple — to support thoughtful individuals in cultivating emotional clarity, resilience, and grounded growth over time.
