What is SHRUTI AI?
SHRUTI is a Know Your True Self® (KYTS) Research Academy initiative dedicated to reimagining Artificial Intelligence through the lens of sensitivity, humanity, and universal ethics.
It is the brainchild of Founder, Mahesh Sharma, developed in collaboration with the Research Academy.
While most conversations around AI focus on speed, scale, and power, SHRUTI offers a different perspective: Can intelligence also be compassionate?
The acronym SHRUTI stands for:

At its heart, SHRUTI is about ensuring that technology doesn’t just serve efficiency, but also dignity, inclusion, and human connection.
Why does the world need SHRUTI?
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant future — it is shaping decisions, workplaces, and even relationships today. But without guidance, AI risks becoming a force of division and dehumanisation.
SHRUTI is KYTS’s way of ensuring that sensitivity and humanity remain at the centre of this transformation. By combining research, reflection, and dialogue, SHRUTI provides a framework for AI that is:

Purpose of SHRUTI:
To research and reflect on how AI can align with sensitivity, ethics, and SHEL principles.
To educate and create awareness on humane and heart-centred AI.
To guide leaders, coaches, and communities toward responsible use of AI.
To advocate for global collaboration on ethical and inclusive AI frameworks.
SHRUTI is not an isolated initiative. It flows naturally from the KYTS philosophy and the SHEL model of leadership.
From KYTS – the call to Know Your True Self reminds us that even in AI, we must remain deeply connected to human values.
From SHEL – Sensitive, Heart-centred, Ethical Leadership provides a blueprint for how leaders can adopt and guide AI responsibly.

“SHRUTI is very close to my heart.
When I first began shaping this initiative, I asked myself: What does it mean to bring humanity, ethics, and sensitivity into something as vast and powerful as Artificial Intelligence?
SHRUTI was born from that question.
To me, AI is not just about algorithms, speed, or data. It is about the choices we make as a society, the values we embed into technology, and the future we shape for generations to come. With SHRUTI, my vision is simple: to ensure that intelligence — whether human or artificial — always carries the imprint of sensitivity, compassion, and inclusivity.
This initiative is not just a project of KYTS; it is my personal commitment as the Founder. It is my brainchild, created in collaboration with the Know Your True Self® (KYTS) Research Academy, to offer a human-centred, ethical, and universal framework for the age of AI.
I hope that through SHRUTI, we can guide AI to become not just “smart,” but also wise, humane, and trustworthy — serving humanity with heart.
